Chamber members join with Mr. Jim's franchise owners Moe and Jay Azami, and founder Jim Johnson for the Dec. 9 ribbon cutting of their business.

From staff reports

After approximately one month of closed doors, Mr. Jim’s Pizza in Princeton reopened under new management. Moe Azami and his son Jay are now running the show.

The Azami Group owns three Mr. Jim’s franchises in the area.

While hosting the chamber ribbon cutting after their grand reopening, the Azami’s were greeted by a special guest - Mr. Jim himself.

Jim Johnson is the founder and owner of Mr. Jim’s, which boasts 67 locations, most in the DFW area. He is also the face of the company, appearing on flyers, apparel and pizza boxes.

Dec. 9 the celebrity got back to his roots, and behind a pizza pan, crafting two fresh pizza pies for the chamber guests.
Johnson said it is the quality of the ingredients and the techniques used that make Mr. Jim’s pizza special.

To order a pizza, or for more information about the newly reopened Mr. Jim’s at 501 East Princeton Dr. call 972-736-3800.
